lucidrol for sleep

has anyone used lucidrol to aid in sleep? slightly nervous for the hordenine releasing NE before i sleep....
input here fellas?
 
I use it and enjoy it. Doesnt knock me out, but once I'm asleep, I dont wake up when I use it.
 
Been running Nocturnabol lately and liking it. I have Lucidrol,would the 2 go well together before bed?
 
edit: sorry fellas.. I just now re-read, and it was too early for me to get my brain working at the time.. I was referring to Nocturabol for sleep...

I have not used lucidrol in a sleep aid combo.
 
Kind of what I thought.
