Lowest Effective Osta Dose?

Could 10mg be run with seeing results?

I want a low enough dosage to not cause shutdown, but enough to illicit gains.

Does anyone have any experience?

I've seen people run 10mg and they improved(do think a bit higher is better), but some shutdown will happen.

I ran 30mg and recovered fine with an otc pct and test booster.(no blood work to prove it, based on how I felt)

I ran it at 20mg for 5 weeks. Osta is suppressive, shut me down. But everyone experiences it different. I ran a low dose of clomid after the last dosing and I felt one hundred percent in 6 days. Osta also raised by BP. Solid Sarm though.
