Would a supplement like SNS STRESS AND ANXIETY be good at lowering blood pressure?
Are there any supplements that would lower blood pressure.
Noticed my bp has been elevated the past couple of check ups.
Dr not yet thinking medication so I am looking into a supplement to try.
Maybe the SNS KANNA product or individual supplements to try?
All thoughts appreciated
Thanks
Kevin

Hawthorne berry and Cialis are a couple of really good ones.

Doesn't Hawthorne berry raise BP for a short time before the supplement can build up. I thought I was read like 2 weeks then it lowers?

Not that I know of.

I've used it off and on for a few years, and it works Great for me.

I use it more acutely, rather than continuously.
So I definitely would have noticed that.

No no I'm right there with you anytime I'm on cycle I'm running cel cycle assist and it has it in there. I was just told to pre load 2 weeks before start of cycle to allow the Hawthorne berry time to work.. idk that was from yates in probably 2015. Again I love the product.

I just looked around, and saw No references to it raising BP at all.

Yates probably just meant to give it more time to be effective. Not to overcome a weird (non-existent) effect.

:)

Comment how it works and maybe report if it drops numbers some for you please.... Jim lived to run, wrote a bestselling book on it and all its benefits then passed while running. Life can be so ironic.

All you need was already mentioned above. Carditone. The best/most effective supp to lower blood pressure next to prescription drugs. It’s a miracle honestly.

Yes, Stress & Anxiety Support can be beneficial for lowering blood pressure for several reasons - 1) the ingredients in the product have supporting information & 2) elevated levels of stress and anxiety can contribute to high blood pressure. My blood pressure levels tended to run high and would sometimes go up extremely high seemingly without any reason. My normal levels run lower and are more steady since being on it.

VASO6 (daily use) is also great for supporting lowering blood pressure.

Two other ingredients that don't get a lot of talk here but are great for blood pressure are Amealpeptide and MegaNatural BP.

Garlic, beet root, hawthorne hibiscus tea - from traditional medicines. Apple cider vinegar.

high antioxidant/phenol diet (blueberries, pomegranate, turmeric), anthing with dark red/ purple colors are definitely heart healthy. Beet root extract is a great vasodilator. I am currently on minimal losartan dose. ARBs Definitely appears to be best for BB / athletes. losartan can have some myostatin inhibitor effect per 1 study. telmisartan may be PPAR d - similar to cardarine but much weaker.
