LOWERING BLOOD PRESSURE

Would a supplement like SNS STRESS AND ANXIETY be good at lowering blood pressure?
Are there any supplements that would lower blood pressure.
Noticed my bp has been elevated the past couple of check ups.
Dr not yet thinking medication so I am looking into a supplement to try.
Maybe the SNS KANNA product or individual supplements to try?
All thoughts appreciated

I know your Dr has probably asked this already, but how's your salt intake?
What's your cardio like?
 
Dr suggested a low sodium diet.
Cardio is 3x a week usually on treadmill and lifting 3x a week.
I have increased water intake to 1 1/2 gallons a day increased my leafy greens and still hitting my macros so I haven’t changed the diet too much for now just a little more cognizant of sodium content in foods.

Unless you think your high blood pressure is due to stress, I would try hawthorne, garlic and coq10 before anti-anxiety supps.

There’s nothing as good as carditone. No need to go for these compagnies super fancy mix of whatever for BP. Carditone.this **** brings people in the 150s back in 110-120 within weeks.
