Lower progesterone

Any way to do it? Herbal stuff preferred as I could get it easier but could try RC too.

My blood test showed progesterone and SHBG is too high. Working on lowering SHBG (recommendations for this welcome too) but not sure how to lower progesterone. Estrogen was mid range, prolactin in lower end of range.

SHBG 12.97 IU/l 1.5 - 9.3 IU/l
Progesterone 6.87 nmol/l < 4.11 nmol/l
Prolactin 86 mIU/l 53 - 360 mIU/l
E2 59.9 pmol/l < 146 pmol/l
 
Don't know about OTC stuff but Cabergoline aka Caber is used to lower prolactin and progesterone.

For shbg you have arometase inhibitors. Also proviron is good.

Total test was higher end of range. Free testosterone test wasn't available.
Before the bloods was natural stuff. What might have had affect were velvet bean extract and L dopa.
After it started epiandrosterone to lower SHBG.

Sorry, I don't have any specific figures (yet) on where too high or too low becomes an issue.

but, I presume as long as you kept in the normal or healthy range, you'd be good.
