lower back pain with androgel

i have been taking 75mg of test daily and i have noticed pain in my lower back. it reminds me of how i felt doing dbol but this time its worse. is it my kidneys or cramps because i have also had slight calf cramps. ive heard it called back pumps as well. is there anything i can do to make it less painful because i dont know how much longer i can go like this.
