lower back discomfort and test enantathe

i just started using test e last Monday.im noticing some discomfort in my lower back.is that normal???? is this a sign of fake gear???

Yeah that. I'm unsure if back pumps are known to occur with injectable cycles, but if they are then thats all it is and some taurine will fix you right up.
