Hello there,

Lately I've been experiencing low testosterone symptoms,
elderly, mood swings, irritability, low libido, ED,
I cannot ejaculate more than once a day,
first but I had intercourse with my girlfriend two or three times a day,
my testicles seem deflated and rise up in the abdomen during intercourse,
I have never used steroids or pro hormones but during adolescence I used heavy stimulants (coca mdma meth),
now i'm 32 years old and i haven't used drugs for about 4 years and i limit alcohol to weekends,
I have been using viron or lj100 sometimes for about 3 years and this seems to help slightly,
I train full body 2-3 times a week,
I have problems sleeping and wake up often during the night( 1/2 times) this could be due to problems with my nasal turbinates and sinuses that force me to use oxymetazoline hydrochloride daily before sleeping,
I hardly sleep more than 5 hours straight,
I wonder if these sleep problems could be the cause of my symptoms.
I would also like to avoid TRT because I am trying to get my girlfriend pregnant.

This are the results of the blood work:

LH 4.2 mIU/ml
FSH 4.3 mIU/ml
CORTISOL 14.3 µg/dL
PROLATT 4.5 ng/ml
17 Beta Estradiol 31 pg/ml
Testosetrone 692 ng/dL
SHGB 33.7 nM/L
VIT D 25 OH 23.6 ng/mL
PROGESTERONE 0.15 ng/ml
TSH 1.12 IU/mL
FT3 4.3 pg/mL
FT4 1.21 ng/dL

im worried about LH and FSH "4" could be too low for my age?
i will also start to supplement whit VIT D and im taking a probiotic (l. reuteri) that seems to raise vit d,
im 1.73 cm tall and 73 kg and lean,
what do you think about this blood panel?
im wonderign also if this symptoms could be psicological caused..

thanks

For Total T, 692 ng/dL at 32 is on the higher end of normal and your SHBG is dead-center in the middle of the "normal" range which means your Free T is probably fine, too. Something else is happening here but nothing in your blood work makes me go "oh ****" (Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional)

Bloodwork looks fine to me, those numbers are good for anyone at any age. So we can eliminate low testosterone from the possibilities. Is that everything that was tested? Low energy and Ed are both things that can have a extremely wide range of possible causes.

Do you suffer from depression or anxiety? Maybe both? Serious question as those things can play a big role
