Low T, Low Free T Anyone can help?

44 with many joint issues but been in the gym for 4 years. An uphill battle with gains and definitely gone downhill with mood, energy, focus and to an extent Libido. At 311 the serum looks to be low but the free test looks almost gone? Also what about the estradiol results? I'm new to this and this seems out of whack also. My regular GP doesn't want anything to do with HRT or TRT (he says I'm borderline) so I did this test on my own. I'm getting tired of being tired.
Thanks for your input.

The problem is that people feel locked in to their doctor for life.

If you wanted to build an addition on your house and the contractor said no...wouldn't you find a new contractor?

Same logic. It's your life man. Make yourself happy. New doc tomorrow!

Nope, nope, nope. New Doc time. Urologist or Endocrinologist and if you make good $, a men's clinic. I felt like garbage below 400 at only 33. Testosterone has become one of the easiest medications to get on in the world, all you have to do is make some phone calls.

You'd be surprised how informative receptionists and medical assistants will be if you start asking questions about what the Doc's preferred treatment for low T is.

I believe there is incentive ($) for docs to Rx the gel. Also less "liability" on them. I teach phys ed and swimming so I didn't want kids touching the gel or having it wash off in the pool. Solid argument enough to let me inject.
