First things first, im new here so , Hi all 
Im 32 with recently diagnosed low T, following are the results of 2 sets of bloods(excuse the Australian reference ranges)

serum vit 12 498 pmol/L (162-811)
Red cell folate 810 nmol/L (545-3370)
erythrocyte sedimentation 1 mm/hr (1-15)
TSH 1.1 mU/L (0.40-4.00)

Prolactin 17 ug/L (<15)
LH 6 U/L (3-20)
FSH 4 U/L (3-20)
Oestradiol 137 pmol/L (40-250)
Testosterone 12 pmol/L (10-33)
Free Testosterone 32 pmol/L (60-130)
SHBG 13 nmol/L (13-71)
GH <0.1 ug/L (8.0)
IGF-1 14 nmol/L (14-42)
PSA 0.81 ug/L (<2.50)
TSH 1.4 mU/L (0.40-4)
fT4 12 pmol/L (10-20)
FT3 5.2 pmol/L (2.8-6.8)
PL ACTH 21 ng/L (5-50)
SE Cortisol 540 nmol/L 8am (220-720)
I have an appointment with an anti-aging specialist in 2 weeks but would be grateful for any feedback to help raise my understanding,
The 2 endos ive seen were reluctant to alter my levels, regardless of the quality of life degregation my hormones have subjected me to.
1 varicocele x 2 surgery, none to successful with to much scar tissue to make it worth a third attempt.
