should definitely be enough to avoid catabolism and gain a little strength. if you want to push it a little more and still avoid sides you could always add a little more epi part way through the cycle. for example, if your a few weeks in and you want it to be a little stronger, adding another 10 mg of epi per day should help without complicating things to much. more tren usually equals more sides, though thats pretty obvious. go for it dude
