I have low Growth Hormone, Serum --- but high IGF-1

Does this mean my HGH is actually low or high?

I would suggest 24 hour urine Groeth hormone test by Rhein labs
Growth hormones in serum is useless ready and needs IGFBP1 and 3 for proper analysis
