Ok i've got to give props to BOBO, I've started eating a couple of oatmeal with a little brown sugar on it for my post-workout carbs and it's working great! This is a nice change considering maltodextrin and dextrose would always bloat me post-workout. This is also invaluable now that i'm dieting, i'll admit i doubted it would work but now i'm a believer.
