So currently in week 10 of test 300 and week 6 of var 25 mgs. Any idea why bloods look like this. Should I drop everything?

Donating blood can sometimes be a good idea, but I wouldnt do it with low ferritin.

Your already 10 weeks into the cycle. I would pull the plug as your not gonna grow much more in the 2-4 weeks you most likely have left.

Do you trt, or pct

Thanks man yea came off and currently just on 140 mg test now
Perfect, give yourself 30 days and retest. Only thing I wanna suggest is if once everything is good again, dont hop back on. You wanna actually spend time in the green. Not just get healthy for a week and hop back on. Once bloods are good, wait another 8 weeks or more

What’s your bodyweight at, and what kind of bodyfat range?

Yes your blood thickness values are from the test and the lipid skewing is from the Var. Honestly it’s pretty par for course, but as already stated by others it’s not going to improve without coming off.

Donating triggers more creation of new blood, so the general rule is you don’t want to do that unless you have iron to spare, like a ferritin level over 100. Otherwise you will lose a lot of energy and feel run down.

If your neck is staying pretty big, sleep apnea can keep your blood thickness too high instead of coming down between blasts. That’s when it’s time for either a serious cut, or a CPAP. At some point of jacked-ness, getting leaner isn’t going to circumvent the need for a CPAP. But everyone is built different, and some people can be huge without any apnea and other people get it under 190lbs even.

Thanks man. I usually have my trt 150 mgs should I drop it to 140 just to get bloods back in range?

Also due to my ferritin being low do you recommend not donating and just lowering dose?

Thanks man. I'm 5'10 215 lbs. I'd say around 12 percent bf maybe lower? So you recommend not donating due to low ferritin? What should I drop my trt to? I usually do 150 mgs. Should I do 140 or 120 you think?

That’s not going to matter, keep your TRT at what you’re prescribed and where you know you’re normally good.

Var is not as “mild” as ppl try to make it out to be, it’s can screw your lipids up pretty significant. Don’t worry too much, it’s normal to have screwed up lipids on cycle, it should come back to normal soon.

Whatever your normal TRT is.

I usually stop all shots after a blast to get my levels down faster, but only being on 300mg I’d only wait 1 week to resume my normal replacement test. You will be at TRT levels within a week of no shots after 300mg/wk consistently.

what is the difference between ferritin and iron? like if one is high shcouldnt the other be

Iron levels are just whatever transient iron happens to be floating around the moment of the blood draw; it’s a useless snapshot because iron levels can fluctuate a lot. Your ferritin levels reflect how much iron can be actively carried in the blood, and are a much better indicator to show iron capacity.

It’s the difference between looking at how much someone spent in one purchase right this moment (iron) vs actually seeing their bank account (ferritin) to determine their wealth.

thanks got you. I have high iron and they actaully just take a unit of blood every 4 or 6 weeks. THere is some bad disease you can have but i dont have that one as they checked many things for it

Something you could look into, maybe discuss with your doctor, is supplementing with IP6 around meals containing iron to chelate some of the dietary iron you consume & prevent it from being absorbed. That might allow you to decrease your therapeutic phlebotomy frequency, maybe stretching things out to every few months instead.
