Low estrogen and joint paints

Hi all,

recently I started to have joint paints (knees, back, fingers, shoulders,...). So I did inflamatory and RA blood tests when went back negatives.
So I have asked to hormonal blood test and my E2 (estradiol) is 9 pg/ml. It seems very low, is that correct? What should I do to fix this?

I am a man of 43 years old and do not take any product (AI, PH, steroid) that would cause this.

any idea?

What supplements are you/have you taken? Are you on a low fat diet?

Never mind, I looked at your prior posts. You have very low cholesterol. It takes cholesterol to manufacture hormones, maybe try increasing healthy fats:

Thanks for your answer, it is true that I tend to have low cholesterol despite that I have take olive oil every day and omega 3.

Let me add the rest of my blood test:

FSH ............................. 10.5 mUI/ml
LH ............................... 3.6 UI/l
Prolactin ....................... 5 ng/ml
Testosterone ................ 4.08 ng/ml

When I've lowered my cortisol to much with supplements I've gotten bad joint and body aches and pains, and also tendinitis. Support wraps for the knees and wrist has helped also. You can also try taking fish oil, I feel it helps. Along with taking msm.

What are the lab ranges on those blood results?

Also how much fat do you consume in your diet? The fats you have in olive oil and the fish oils are good, but you need saturated fat as well.
