Low dose sarm to prevent muscle wasting?

So as everyone knows pretty much all gyms around the country are closing. With reduced/no working out, Would low dose lgd like 1mg/day be a good idea to preserve gains? With maybe 5-10mg nolva/day keep test levels normal.

planning on getting a bench and some dumbbells but obviously no access to a real gym.

MK677 can prevent muscle wasting, and you don't shut down.

Do you think dudes in prison who are way more jacked than you who don't have access to gym equipment and can't abuse steroids worry about taking a low dose sarm? Eat food and workout at home. Figure it out you don't need a pretty equipment.

I'm on PCT now after a Test E cycle, and I know I'm going to lose lots of gains. I cannot workout, so I try to have a normocaloric diet and I'm adding a supplement with laxogenin, epicatechin and urolithin B. And this is going to take 1 month at least...

Alexander Zass built his physique by doing isometrics, like trying to push over trees and bend metal bars. And steroids didn’t exist during this time. Just workout at home. You won’t lose muscle. You don’t need weights either but they’re a bonus.

Bobby Pandour built his physique through using 5-10 lbs dumbbells while tensing his muscles extremely hard. He was always tensing his muscles and flexing throughout the day. He built his legs by carrying his brother up flights of stairs. Again, PEDs did not exist during this time.

Anyway, take what you want, but I just wanted to point out that we’ve become so accustomed to the idea that we need drugs and gyms, but in reality there are so many ways to achieve a good physique without all that. Someone pointed out prisoners’ ability to build good physiques, another great example.

You dont need a commercial facility to keep your muscle and stay in shape.
Plyometrics, gardening, yard work...ther eis all kinds of stuff that needs to be done over here in the northern hemisphere right now that gym takes a back seat for me this time of the year anyway.

i am pretty sure @Alchemist11 is somewhere in his strawberry field 😀

to hell with strawberry fields...Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds....just sayin-I grew up in the late 60's- 70's.

I fully expected an ankle weights endorsement from BigT!?!?!,!
lol...20 years ago I had 15lb ankle weights I used to wear while climbing the fire stairway at my aunts 21 floor apt building-those were the days, lol.

what a great memory you have @celc5 wow!!!

I just finished selling my entire home gym because I’m moving soon, why didn’t I wait a little longer??!!!!
buy some ankle weights, go to a local high school field and climb bleachers..then do situps and push ups.

You dont a gym to keep muscle mass. Burpees navy seals double pumps mouintain climbers pushups pullups dips you can stay plenty big on those exercises

Creatine is anti catabolic, cheap, and readily available.... 🤷‍♂️ but also bodyweight won’t kill anyone for a few weeks of you don’t have/can’t find weights

You may be surprised how much you can get done between body weight exercises (pushup variations and pullups if you buy a doorway pull-up bar), and even just a pair of dumbbells or two for shoulders and arms.

Unless your carrying like a **** load of muscle you don't really need to worry about muscle wasting. The average gym rat can easily maintain muscle with proper diet and pull ups and push-ups ext. Now I'm not saying forever, I'm assuming gyms are gonna be closed for a month or less with that approach. If we're talking like 6 months that's a different story. But instead of spending money on 6 months worth of sarms, you would be better off spending that money on a weight set for your house.

This. I have a foldable adjustable bench and spinlock dumbbells, and they’re great. More than enough to maintain without a doubt for the majority of people.

I took a old total gym, the ones Chuck Norris use to endorse and mounted to a wall for cable exercises. Got a barbell and 300lbs of weights for deadlifts, rows, shoulder press ect. Put hooks in the ceiling beams that I can rack a barbell in to do pull-ups. Bought some big chains from home Depot. A walker that old ppl use, I do dips. Gotta get creative lol
