low dose prohormone hitting the market

Gaspari Nova-X

I thought prohormones were banned? what do you guys think?

Chemically known as 3α-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one and otherwise known as 1-DHEA, 1-Androsterone, or 1-Andro, this is a bonafide mild steroid hormone that resides within your body. As the label states, it is a metabolite of DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), which leads us to believe that it’s really 1-Androsterone, not “Androsterone”

Looks like a waste of $$$, a weak dose of 1 dhea and some fillers.

thats what i figured, but i found it interesting. i wouldn't be suprised to see people running it at 10-15 caps a day just to get a decent dose of 1andro

I thought technically the andro weren't banned yet... But when this hits store shelves and every 17 year old in the us sees the adds in muscle mag saying like "add ten pounds in a month" and gnc sells it to them you can bet it'll get more of our **** banned...

the prohormones in this product are not banned, also the product contains saw palmetto is a waste
of money

LOL saw palmetto reverses the effects of DHEA! just wow..

Hmmm I would have assumed SP would only mitigate one of the DHEA conversionS (to DHT).

DHEA is pretty upstream and converts into several hormones.

SP merely inhibited 5ar conversion.

Well, this compound is already 5a reduced, and so is dhea for that matter.

Saw palmetto is for the prostate

The new owners of gaspari are playing it safe while trying to trick unsuspecting consumers.

S.p. also seems to have some anti estrogen properties

SP is also in a lot of respected "On Cycle Support" products. Being older, I went with a full bore prostate product for my last run (Now Foods Clinical Strength Prostate Support) and made nice gains. The only possible negative I've seen in the research was a *possible* effect on libido. So I think SP is good to go, no?

The benefits out way the risk.
Sp is said to have a positive effect on libido. I'm sure using steroids probably trumps this though.
