My labs:

TT - 5.4 - 9.9 - 30.0

E2 - 181 - 44 - 156

SHBG - 66.6 - 12. 48.0

LH - 7.7 - 1.7 - 8.6

FSH - 4.3 - 1.0 - 12.0

I was thinking of trying low dose naltrexone instead of trt. I've heard numerous articles on it helping boost testosterone. What do you think?

Can you edit your post and put the ranges in ( ) , please.

If I have to guess at those ranges, those numbers are not natural.

What are you taking??????

With above range E2, I would expect low LH. That is not what you have.
With top of range LH, I would expect highish TT. That is not what you have.
With above range SHBG, I would expect highish TT. That is not what you have.

The high E2 is the easiest to address, with an AI.
My first choice would be a low dose of AROMASIN, and retest hormones in a month.

The mystery to me is your low TT.
Are you taking any Meds?
IMHO LDN will do nothing for your TT, but if you are using opiates, you'll notice an abrupt difference.

Naltrexone shouldn't be used like this IMO. Unless you are in recovery or are trying to get away from opiates. You should use Aromasin or another TRT compound. Its gonna mess with your opioid receptors even though it's an antagonist. Also, if you were to get hurt, you wouldn't be able to take opiates right away even in the ER.

Find out why the e2 is high would be the most logical step. As you bring your e2 down SHBG should follow..
