Yeah I def lost weight on week 5, but know I gained a lot of strength. It was more of a recomp effect by then since I didn't up my carbs to gain any more. And I think the batch number is 54221.
the change is actually remarkable.
You've got naturally wide hips, but because of the extra mass you've put on it's much less noticeable and you look far more aesthetic.
