Low cu and low Mo

I am really perplexed on how to address this issue...

I want to add Mo for my sulfation issues as my hair analysis show very low Mo; however, my Cu is also in medium range. If I add Mo it will wipe out remaining cu, how can I add Mo without depleting cu????????

low mo = methylation issues are due to possible elevated sulfites not coverting them. low mo may be copper toxicity, you have to know how to read the stuff which most people do not know how to. Low mo = over CBS pathways

From what I have learned from other posts on this website, CBS pathway requires

600 mg NAC, 50mgp5p,400 mg Mg, Mo 500 mcg

I have added all the above supplements but wondering if I add Mo 500 mcg would it not decrease my cu which is already in medium range( according to my hair analysis) ?????

Any suggestions!!!
