Low Carb Diet question

I have been on an extremely low carb diet since mid January. I had and have plenty of weight to lose. With diet alone from January through I lost about 30 lbs. No supps, no exercise etc.

May 1st I made my humble return to the gym lol. I have added 11-KT , LGD4033 and will be adding 2iu per day greytops and 100mcg t4 daily beginning next week. I am working out 6 days a week , lifting 4 with light 30 minutes cardio after, 2 days just light cardio. one completely off day.

So to the question. Although I do eat a tablespoon of coconut oil prior to lifting my muscles feel flat. I am considering adding something like 25gms waxy maize to my BCAA's I sip throughout workout and 25gms waxy maize with my whey isolate after. Do you think I will be able to maintain ketosis with those amounts and timing?
