Love handles

^^ Diet, or more cardio. Or both.

My genetics puts my fat on my love handles before any other part of my body, and it's the last area to go. Add 10m HIIT cardio a day after weight lifting and see what happens.

Diet diet diet.

Lift heavy ass weights.

Diet diet diet.

Diet.

Cardio

My diet is good I went from 260lbs to 209lbs I lift heavy Monday-Saturday and do 30mins stair master everyday I'm still losing weight and keeping my muscle. I eat carbs on training days and eat around 50g on non training days, should I try the no carb diet?

Well what I'm saying is that until your body fat gets lower the love handles will stay.

Do you keep track of your daily macronutrients? Genetically you will hold that fat longer but there is no such thing as "spot reduction". Keep going man sounds like you are doing great!

I wish there was a "trick" I have lost 25 lbs and they are still there, They are the last place I lose fat !

Me too. It's genetics. Some people get it in other places more.

Also, if you do them, stay away from side raises. They will also widen your waist.

is very effective at targeting love handles, hips and thighs.

Use it away from your carb meals. I prefer using it fasted.

My butt takes forever to shrink. I'm around 15% down from 20%. My abs are starting to show, love handles are gone, ass is still huge.

I have the same problem with my ass ha...it's pretty big...makes me self conscious. ..it gets bigger when my squat goes up

Mine too. I don't think that's genetic... I think that's just squats.

I have no butt, at least that's what my wife says

I have been squatting for 30 years still no butt?

My butt is the only thing keeping my pants from falling off. I've lost so many inches on my waste now my pants hang on my buttcheeks.

There is no trick, but diet is obviously number one.
If you are pretty lean already then you can try "spot reduction". No it is not drastic and that is why the idea is usually frowned upon. For instance you could choose an oblique exercise and do it for a light set every hour. Again, it is not drastic, but the idea is that the increased blood flow will increase fat oxidation in the area.

Another unconventional thing you could try is Cold Therapy, I will link a T-nation article on it. It is very interesting and something I am going to take advantage of the next time I lean out.

Neither of these are more important that diet or normal training, but they are nice tools to have in your arsenal.

A no carb is a very good way to go diet wise, but if you are already losing fat and keeping muscle then I would advise you to not drop carbs more until fat loss slows.
