"love handle" area difficulty losing

Bro - if you haven't tried EC before, have fun.
It'll work fine. But, it will likely leave you jittery. I also used to get quite irritable when I frst started taking it.

Mindgames, you could avoid the negative systemic effects of EC by just going with some Lipoderm, especially since you only have one problem area.

Really nice feedback bro, thanks. Hope your recovery goes well and that's a nice clean diet you have there.

BTW, not all people get irritable from the eca stack. I'm one of them, however clen makes me unbearable.

i will continue this fat burn cycle w/ DIFFERENT supps-i need 2-3 months longer to recover from large disk herniation. my lower disk is actually almost all the way out nearly touching the pinal cord-so i really can't be lifting anything right now.
i'm just starting this NEW, INNOVATIVE, treatment for disk herniations-i hope it all works out.

Hey Stormin, sorry to go O/T, but I'm curious about your new innovative treatment for the disc herniation. I had a microdiscectomy in november and I'm pretty sure that I've already had a recurrance (re-herniated). It happens in 5-10% of surgeries, I guess. anyway, I'm always interested in what others are doing for their discs.

thanks

basicly, i have a large l4-l5 disk herniation and the treatment is the DRX-9000 MACHINE. it targets specific disks causing decompression-your in a harness around waist laying on a table w/ a computerized machine. the harness is connected to the bottom of the machine and 60lbs of weight is programmed 4 1st session. it feels great as you're beeing pulled and the pressure is off the disk allowing the healing process to begin. every treatment the weight is inc. 5lbs and after 20 treatments the disk will go back in place. after that u go once a month 4 maintenance 4 a while and your done. i have had 2 treatments and i'm feeling a little better already. where i go half his clients are from failed spine surguries and they can help them too.

I also have had a large l4-l5 herniation, one that had my very reputed ortopaedic surgeon tell me I'd end up in a wheelchair if I lifted again. 2 years later he was totally flabbergasted at how the MRI showed no trace of the injury.

This might seem like an oversimplification but it actually does pretty much what s.norman describes: streching around the hernia to leave it room to return to its normal size, shape and placement.

This can be done as a stretch or as a reverse hyperextension, strengthening the erectors without pressuring the disc.

its been 1 week since i got an 8oz dermabolics carrier and 10g yohimbine powder and i have lost 1.5in from waistline. i put the cap cream on 1st then the yohim. spray 2x day. i am really impressed about how well this stuff woriks!!

Did you use all the yohimbine in the 8 oz. carrier? Also, I'm curious as to how many pumps you used at a time, and how many mg's per "pump" this is giving.

Sorry for all the questions.

Ilove my love handles, in my recliner I rest my beer on one side and my chips on the other:icon_lol:

Trying to get lean

cardio was 40min 2x day
DIET was low glycemic carbs, protein, and some unsat. fats: oatmeal, bread-stoneground whole wheat/grain,green veggies, chicken ceasar salad, yams, chicken breast, brown rice, tuna, fish, peanuts, red meat 1% milk

My diet is the same as above. I am having the hardest time losing the bf. I do 1hr cardio/day, five days/wk + weights. I am 6'2", 300lbs., 24% bf. I've, so far, been unable to lose the bf around my chest and mid. What can I do? I suppose part of the problem is that I do not believe that I am eating enough. I do not get all of my calories every day, but as I increase calories, bf is increasing, somewhat.

Fat distribution is negatively affected by decreases in growth hormone. GH, on top of being the most lypolytic hormone your body makes, is also a pro at redistributing fat and giving your skin that rubbery elasticity that turns into flubbery slackness with age.

I know, I'm the same age as you s.norman.

Get some Ecto/hexatropin or some p-GH and you'll see the double-miracle of tighter skin where you are lean, and less fat where you aren't. After that, losing the love handles will be a piece of cake, the fat will come off there as "easily" as it comes off everywhere else.

Whoever posted about cortisol is also right. 7-oxo-dhea or 7-keto-dhea diacetate or one of THOSE (ALRI's Impact Ultra comes to mind) are perfect for cortisol control.

Do you think it's possible to go into a little bit more depth on this analysis for me?

I have some problems with loose skin whenever I cut, and can test around 6 or 7 percent BF on a 9 point caliper test, and still not have a six pack.

I have been doing some reading on hexa/ecto tropin and such, but have not seen this listed as a benefit of taking it.

Maybe you could explain it a bit better for me or point me towards some reading :)

thanks bro

What level of BF are you presently at? Lipoderm will be moderatly helpful, but it appears to work better where there is less subcutaneous fat. I found it was good for getting the last little bit around the chest area and the quads. Didn't do as much as I was hoping around the mid-section.

I've heard the Saran wrap with Preperation-H for dispelling the last amount of H2O, I don't know if a similar protocol with LipoU would work the same.
