i'm just starting this NEW, INNOVATIVE, treatment for disk herniations-i hope it all works out.
basicly, i have a large l4-l5 disk herniation and the treatment is the DRX-9000 MACHINE. it targets specific disks causing decompression-your in a harness around waist laying on a table w/ a computerized machine. the harness is connected to the bottom of the machine and 60lbs of weight is programmed 4 1st session. it feels great as you're beeing pulled and the pressure is off the disk allowing the healing process to begin. every treatment the weight is inc. 5lbs and after 20 treatments the disk will go back in place. after that u go once a month 4 maintenance 4 a while and your done. i have had 2 treatments and i'm feeling a little better already. where i go half his clients are from failed spine surguries and they can help them too.deech said:Hey Stormin, sorry to go O/T, but I'm curious about your new innovative treatment for the disc herniation. I had a microdiscectomy in november and I'm pretty sure that I've already had a recurrance (re-herniated). It happens in 5-10% of surgeries, I guess. anyway, I'm always interested in what others are doing for their discs.
thanks

I know, I'm the same age as you s.norman.
Get some Ecto/hexatropin or some p-GH and you'll see the double-miracle of tighter skin where you are lean, and less fat where you aren't. After that, losing the love handles will be a piece of cake, the fat will come off there as "easily" as it comes off everywhere else.
Whoever posted about cortisol is also right. 7-oxo-dhea or 7-keto-dhea diacetate or one of THOSE (ALRI's Impact Ultra comes to mind) are perfect for cortisol control.
What level of BF are you presently at? Lipoderm will be moderatly helpful, but it appears to work better where there is less subcutaneous fat. I found it was good for getting the last little bit around the chest area and the quads. Didn't do as much as I was hoping around the mid-section.Lunchbox_81 said:i just ordered lipoderm ultra and ab solution from 1fast400.com, after i add the lipoderm then the ab solulution should i wrap my abs and love handles with saran wrap?
