lose weight fast?

1200 calories a day with protein as close to 200+ grams daily. You'll lose some muscle for sure on this severe of diet but you could lose about 15+ pounds or so depending on your current body fat %.

Why do you need such extreme weight loss?

But a better question is what's the rush?
 
I'm a fan of keto diets but even then you aren't going to lose that much in a month, depending on your current BF%.
 
Probably something close to above, read into velocity diet.

You better get some digestive enzyme for Velocity. I did it once, and my ass hole burned for 3 days until I got enough enzymes to actually absorb some of the protein ****s. Not fun at all.
