Hi everyone,
I have started this thread to try to figure out what I want to take next, and to get the opinion of others. All of my cycles have been prohormone or sarms, I have not yet experimented with supplements outside of those barriers, and I am not saying I am not willing, but I have not had the right guidance on the matter.
I have taken a couple of different supplements over the past 9 months. I started with a prohormone stack of 1 and 4 andro, then a few months later I tried yk-11(at the moment my favorite of the cycles I have taken, it hit my body the hardest with both cutting and maintaining/gaining mass) and currently I am on Quad Elite by focused nutrition(on my third week of a six week cycle, and I am not to thrilled with the results. I feel that it has helped with recovery time and endurance, but when it comes to size gain it is nothing compared to what I thought it would be. Quad elite is composed of 15mg lgd-4033, 25mg S4, 15mg mk-677, and 25mg of androsta-3 5-diene-7 17-Dione.)
I started my first cycle around 225lbs. I am currently around 190lb and fairly lean/muscular. I am not all to concerned with strength, more about quality muscle mass. My workouts are usually 10-15 rep range, I like getting a crazy pump rather than going for that one rep of heavy weight. I have been lifting consistently for the last 4 years, the last year and a half I have been training 5-7 times a week non stop.
Any opinions of what my next step should be are welcomed, and I look forward to reading everything.
