Background- I am 25 years old 6'1 220. I have been lifting weights for about 10 years and I have a background in exercise science. Most of my training experience is not in bodybuilding as I was a college football player. 18 months ago I started bodybuilding. I believe I am on a fairly advanced rigorous routine, both diet and training. I have been researching about PH and I would like to try my first cycle soon. Ideas would be greatly appreciated! If you could speak in very beginner terminology that would be great. I do understand some concepts of stacking and PCT but I am hungry for more knowledge before I put these things in my body!
