I am an 18 year old male, all natural. i have used animal stak, protein powder, creatine and N.O products. I want to get into power lifting i am 5'9 and 205, my bench is 270, deadlift 500, squat high 400's, got 405x8. I want to join a federation or compete some how, even if i dont want to place i want to get the experience, learn, and get away from bodybuilding and start building the body i want. My diet is in check, im getting 250g+ protein, 3500-4k calories and, no real limit on the carbs, but not insane.
