Looking for some input regarding stack

I was looking at the green bulge and white blood stack and had a couple of questions I was hoping I could get some help with. Is green bulge and white blood simply green mag and white flood in pill form or are they different? Is one stack better than the other? Just looking to get the best bang for my buck even though all products look promising

they are similar, but different. the form is obvious (powders versus capsules), but green bulge has some additional goodies in there like krala that the powder does not have. white flood has stims and soem other ingredients that white blood does not have (making white blood great for nighttime use)
