Looking for some help!

Hey all,

Iam new to the site. I am ex-college lineman trying to keep my mass/gain some of it back, and lose body fat. Never was very deep with supplements beside a solid protein... BCAA's.. multi-vitamins... And EPA's with a few others. NCAA really limited me as many of you know.

I am trying to do some research into the anabolic side of supplements and looking into some "cutting cycles." but trying to find the right supplements.

Some of the research lead me to cycles like Winn V- Trenn-Avar. I would appreciate any helpful insight, comments, information, and suggestions.

epi is a solid PH. agreed. with the right PCT, it can be very affective with minimal sides. also, many places sell it (cant say who on here). if you would like to go to the non hormal cutting stacks, HGHup or IGF 2 + Free Test is a quality stack. IGF 2 provides the consumer with an AMAZING sleep. im currently on it right now. i was on HGHup a few months ago. gained about 4 pounds and my abs became even more visible. A stack I also love is HGHup with Prime by USP labs. If you want info on Prime, just ask. Strength gains are AMAZING and looooots of people on here would suggest it if you are wanting to go that route. good luck
 
I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my thread on the forum.

Like I said I am an ex-lineman that played at about 295 with 26% BF. I have loss about 30 pounds so far and my BF% is 20. I am new to the anabolic world of supplements. I am trying to gain lean mass, but trim the fat. I have been working out and am gaining some strength but my main goal is body composition through lean mass and fat loss.

Some of the research I have looked at recommends a natural prohoromone maybe?

I would also be interested what suggestions you would suggest for me...

Natural and prohoromone doesn't belong in the same sentence =P If you've never used a PH before, maybe H-drol would be a good starting place because of the mild sides vs benefits. There are many threads on this compound. LMG was the first I ever took and 'til this day, is still my favorite. It'll pack a ton of size and strength but since you're trying to cut bf, it might not be the one for you because you gotta eat like a madman while taking it. Epi might be another good one but I've never personally taken it yet.
 
Definitely get some good cardiovascular conditioning done before you run whatever cycle you want. I wait until my strength & mass gains hit a plateau before I consider a ph. For fat loss, check out some thermoginics.
 
I think youd find better answers in the anabolic section if that is the route you wish to take, there are some good natural products that give good results natadrol, prime to name two i have experienced great results with.
 
If you're still in the process of returning to a previous state, then focus on that before you hop on any sort of prohormone and/or oral steroid. Take about 6 more months and just stay consistent with your training and nutrition while you study up on these kinds of compounds.
