Looking for insight for female bikini competitor!

I'm new here so I'm learning the ropes!

I've been into fitness my whole life and recently entered into a local, NPC bikini comp show. I figure why the heck not?

A little about me: 30, 5'6, 150lbs. While weight is not exactly where I want it to be, I do have some very good muscle mass- a high booty and rocking arms! Bust:34in, Waist:30in, Hips:35in

I'm 8 weeks out of my show. Issue is, I read up on all these stacks that the men are taking off these forums but what about females? I've done a 2 week cycle of clen already and take DIM (estrogen blocking herb) and dandelion root to help shed water weight. Can I stay on clen (I've read it burns out those receptors tho?) I've tried T3 and it made me want to die. (Night chills, headaches, shakes.) Plus I don't want to loose any muscle if I can help it. I've heard of ephedrine being another alternative since I'm not quite sure clen works for me? Ephedrine is available online only? (I've taken eph years ago when easily available and it worked.) What about tomoxifen citrate? Should I be taking any sort of muscle sparring products too?

I have great muscle forming, but like all woman, I am still holding onto fat around my waist (love handles) and inner thighs. I've been tweeking my diet to have higher carb days (100-80g) when I work out and 40g carb on off days. I have one cheat meal a week which is pizza (about 2-3 slices.)

My diet this week consists of (and has stayed relatively in this line of this overall calorie intake.)
147g Protein
80g Carb
70g Fat
about 1400 calories week. (I lift hard and do about 40 mins cardio a day.)

I feel like I've hit a wall with my results. Any insight or recommendations would be extremely appreciative. Thank you all in advance:)

Well....you're 8 weeks out and you're already on poverty macros. This show may not end well.

Let me go ahead and address some of your concerns and some of mine.

Your concerns:

Dim is not a great anti estrogen tbh and you mite want to go a little stronger or get off of them all together depending on blood work.

No need to cycle off of clen or ephedrine. You might want to ask pyrobatt. He's a knowledge whore for the b2 ,thyroid and fat burning stuff.

Don't get on tomax. You're a woman and don't need lowered igf1. Nor do you need something that strong.

My concerns: 1400 with 40 mins of cardio and lifting hard seems like peak week stuff. Who's your coach and why are working with them if this is what they are doing?

You could increase cardio but. ..that's a lot to expect.

You could also lower fat.

You've only got about 200 more calories before it gets semi unrealistic. 1200 and below can be dangerous for someone who is fairly active. Blood sugar problems, cholesterol problems(extreme diet issues) , mild fainting spells , ect ect. Some girls need to do it though.

You've hit a wall because you're at the wall and I'm sorry for that. There's not much more wiggle room. The pizza could go for a controlled refeed for better results for competing anyway.

I wouldn't personally get on androgens (only muscle sparring "supplement " that works when your contest lean in all honestly) because bikini competitors can do bikini without steroids.

Just my .02. I'm a licensed personal trainer so I'm not talking out my butt on these things. Well..expired. I let my license expire due to fees haha!

Sorry I couldn't help more.

Thank you very much for your insight and taking the time to respond.

I AM working with a trainer once a week on sight specific body parts. Why am I working with him? Because I, never having competed, was told by HIM that this is the stuff I need to do. He is specifically telling me to go hard with cardio in the AM and heavy lifting in the PM.

Unfortunately I personally would go look for another training

Battossi has pretty much covered it all! I would most definitely get you a competition coach! They can help you leaps and bounds more than it sounds like your trainer is helping. There's so much more to a show prep than just training! Check out Matt...he's a great guy and a really great coach!
