I am looking to get into competive bodybuilding and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for getting ready for my first competition. It wont be any time soon due to my knee injury but I would like to learn as much as possibal before hand.

here's the best i got:

but on a serious note, i would look into contest dieting, posing, when drugs will leave the body (if you plan to do that sort of thing, wink wink), proper training for size/symmetry. that should keep you busy for....................a long time.

but if you know all these things, the only other thing i could think for you to do is research how to enter. you've got the world at your fingertips, so to speak, m'man. look up procedure and find a show in your area.

How much do you currently know? How long have you been traing, so on so forth. It might help get the information you're looking for if we know what info you already have.

I got almost no clue on posing. I know the basics and what not but I have no real clue on if im doing them right or wrong. I have been lifting since i was 12 or 13 seriously with focous on nutrition since I was 16 or 17. Im now 20 so im looking for the natural route for now. Im 6' 2" 205ish with around 13-14% BF
