Looking for a solid routine.

I have been lifting for a while, but my self made routines have always been lack luster. I tend to over complicate an otherwise simple set up. I'm getting quite tired of it to be entirely honest. So if the community doesn't mind, I am asking for assistance in designing a maximum mass routine with aesthetic development in mind.

You know there are quite a lot of factors you need to consider before anyone can come up with the "perfect routine" for YOU right?

You need to give your stats, experience of training, what you've tried, how your genetics are, pictures if possible, your diet... To name a few..

No set routine is going to make you grow into the dream physique you want.. It's going to take a lot of trial and error, a few years of your life and dedication at all times.. You're going to need to change your routines regularly to adjust to your body's specific needs too.
 
Try one of John Meadows' routines. There are a few online that are free.
