Looking for a good stack.

Hey guys,

I was hoping for some advice on a few good supplements or a good stack to put on some serious mass. I am 5'7 and currently 160lbs down from a 170 bulk. I'm trying to bulk up to 175-180 with lean muscle. I'm looking for supplements you don't have to cycle off, or a mild post cycle. I am currently taking, Protein Isolate, Creatine, Glutamine, and BCAAs.

I feel like I've hit the plateau point and now just looking for something to help get bigger and stronger. Please also source where you can get the supplements you suggest.

Have you checked out MassMax XT? There are plenty of logs on AM you can go through. Sponsored and unsponsored. Users are able to put on quite a bit of lean mass over 8 weeks. It's completely natural, so no need for support supps.

It's also 20% off right now, so a great time to try it out. Plus use code AM5 and you will receive an additional 5%.

I think SNS X-Gels is one of the best, if not the best, natural muscle builders out there. You can use it on it's own and see nice results if training and diet are where they should be. Throw in some SNS Betaine Anhydrous, which has a nice synergy with creatine, and you should be happy.

Depends on how "fancy" you want to get.

Creating monohydrate is king and cheap.

SNS X-Gels are more advanced but a GREAT natty supplement for size. Pair with with some SNS ALCAR and some glycerol preworkout for some added pump and muscle building benefits and you're good to go.

Ditch the Glutamine, it's not doing anything for you .

How much are you eating, sleeping and training?

Those 3 will have much more of an impact on your lean bulk than any natty muscle builder will.

List out your diet here. Your diet has to be in caloric surplus. What is your maintenance calorie? I would suggest you up the food intake. No supplement can replace that. I am 5ft 7" and I was exactly were you are at now a month ago. I took a serious look into my diet and took about 300-400 calorie above maintenance. I was at 170lbs and now I am at 178lbs

My supplement stack

Whey Concentrate, Creatine, Multi, Fish Oil, Maltodextrin and Instant Oats (My Protein). I might start EPIQ PA as well in a week. I would suggest to keep your supplement intake minimal and concentrate more on whole food sources. It's your call.

Welcome to the forum. I would agree with ditching the glutamine, you're money could definitely be spent better elsewhere. How old are you? And how long have you been training for?

Supplements play a role in weight gain, but nutrition will be the determining factor to whether you have success with a putting on size. It sounds like you have your bases covered with supplementation, so the next step would be to look toward a natural anabolic product. I agree that Massmax XT would be a great suggestion. Although it needs to be cycled, it's a very complete product that can also help increase appetite to ensure you're eating enough to grow.

As cubsfan815 stated, you can't beat the nutriverse sale going on right now either. I would definitely check that our and consider running a full 8 weeks of Massmax XT. Although it should be cycled, it doesn't require any type of PCT.

I would also check out products like ArA (SNS X-Gels) and/or a PA product like Tr1umph, ArA and PA are both solid natural anabolics that can help you with your goals

MassMax would be an awesome run with x gels, triumph or abe.
