Looking for a good protein

Hey guys, I really need some help on finding a new protein. Cause the last one I used to take irritates my psoriasis or I just think that's irritaring my psoriasis. Anyways I'm looking for some protein different from Whey Shake (Syntrax). I'm 16 years old and I weight 77kg(almost 80) I have around 10%-12% bodyfat. Any kind of advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Define "good" protein? Price? Quality? Flavor?

I take alot of vitamin E(the doctor prescribed me) I'm even using some fish oil at the moment. Anykind of protein would be great aslong as it isn't whey shake(don't mind the flavor, nor the price, but I would like good quality), it's not like the whey causes the irritating. I took some Creatine and Aminoacids aswell but that was like 2 months ago and the irritating started a week ago so I dont think they make the Psoriasis worse. I'm just looking for some advice like: What do you guys take and are you satisfied of the results. And what protein should I take since I got psoriasis. Thanks guys

I buy the EAS cause its the cheapest per serving I've found. Don't get too caught up in what the label tells you, whey is whey for the most part and just because you spend more money on one over the other does not mean you're getting more muscle

I love the the isoflex by All Max nutrition. Very lean and tastes great, kind of expensive though. Also if im using a shake as a meal i like to use casein such as cytosports casein because its very lean and tastes great.

I like Syntrax Nectar. Although I don't even use shakes anymore. I've opted for sticking with 5-6 whole meals and using BCAA or EAA between meals and pre/during/post workout. For me it's better.

Quick note, make sure you count the amount of servings per container and the grams of protein per serving;

Not sure if it is the case with EAS, but I've seen protein powders which were half the price but the protein / g of powder ratio sucked, and the servings were double the normal scoops you see on protein shakes.

Count the protein g/serving, multiply by the number of servings and find yourself the number of g of protein in the tub, then divide that by how much the product costs, that will give you a good notion of how much you get per dollar spent and then you can compare apples to apples on price.

I like flurry the m&m flavor it taste good and has crushed m&ms in it.

I use carnivore by the way, not the best but it's what I'm using.
