Long term (years) Yohimbine use?

From my experience all stims eventually have noticeable detrimental effects including dependence. No free lunch. Anyone use Yohimbine for years and can report on it's long term safety and effectiveness?

longest I used it was around 3 months almost everyday around 10-15mg, was working fine for me.

I’m not aware of any long term studies but also wondering this myself. I’m looking at years of use from all the different products it comes in
