I finished 7 weeks of osta with a heavy deficit. I lost 7 kg and hardly any strength. I'm continuing with 1/4/epi for another 7 weeks. I'm too lazy to have a log, but I will post some observations here.
My liver tests were still in range at the end of the osta run and I had a normal libido without a test base. I might be suppressed, but I'm unlikely to be completely shut down.
I'm at the end of the first week of the andros. During the first three days, I had nasty bp spikes, insomnia and fatigure. My blood pressure still shoots up for a couple of hours after taking the andros, but it's tolerable now. First day I had 150/92 in the evening, but then it came down to 115/78 in the morning. Now I wake up with 120/80 or less and it goes up to 135-138/85-90 during the day.
It's hard to tell how much the andros are working. I'm more vascular and have increased glycogen retention. However, it could be due to a deloading week and increased calories. My joints and tendons needed a bit of relief. I'm transitioning to a lean bulk over two weeks.
I might check my lipids, rbc and hematocrit soon. I have a naturally high hemoglobin.
I'm still open to suggestions if you think I should limit this to 12 weeks or less.
I'm planning to run clomid for pct. Probably 6-8 weeks if I end up doing a 14 week
