Not a previous customer but it is a pain in the ass to get registered and log in, like doing chinese algebra or something. I finally got registered for the forums but still couldn't look at the products, is this because of not buying something from your site before? Just my two cents but you guys are gonna run some people off having sales only for prev customers and making the site hard to access. These products have only been out a limited time so not everyone has tried them yet as some have waited for bloodwork, response, etc. I'm cool with giving prev customers additional discounts to build brand loyalty but making it difficult for others to use your products isn't the best business practice. Peace.
 
I apologize if people are having difficulties logging in. Just to help clarify; the forums and the store are two different systems that have nothing to do with each other. Your login info will be different for each.

Our customer appreciation sales run for a short time to give special consideration to those who've supported us along the way. We realize that offering a new customer discount would probably help generate more sales, but we feel that's inconsiderate to our loyal customers. We give them first dibs on our limited supply products as a way of saying "thanks".

Our storefront will re-open to the public in a short while.
