Perhaps... I would still like to see some blood work on the severity of shut down that osta causes.

Me too, actually. I ran it a while back and just used OTC stuff. I just saw a log on here where the guy is doing a DEXA scan and bloodwork before and after an Osta run. Here it is: Invalid Link Removed

2 prohormone cycles, 1 pct/restart log, about to start cut/recomp log.
Specific in details and updates frequently.

Why me?
I am an active member in our great forum here at AM. I have come a long way from dropping over 60lbs to get my health in order, to putting on some great mass to better my own physique. I am a nutritionist and have extensive training in supplementation of natural products for illness as well as sports nutrition. I love pushing the boundaries of how far my body can go. I lift 5x a week. Incorporate cardio at least one workout.

I can log minimum 3-4x per week. Daily if needed.

If one were stacking this with Ostarine, would you recommend the 4 pumps per day? I've been doing a little research, and I seem to have read that 900mg is a hefty dose. 4 pumps would be 1800mg, is that correct? Just trying to do some math, LOL.
 
4 Pumps = 1 ml (I think)

Serving Size: 1ML

Servings Per Container: 60

1ML delivers 450mg of 11-Oxo(Adrenosterone)

Directions: Apply 4 pumps directly on the upper chest and shoulders and rub until dry. For best results apply after showering

Pretty sure that's right, obviously you can dose up to 3ml per day so going by 1 per day then yep 60, most people I imagine will prop do 2ml after a couple weeks.

So, is the Osta ok to stack with this for purposes of the log, or do you guys prefer a solo run? If so, I was thinking 20mg Osta and 4 pumps of the 11-OXO per day. Or should i dose the Osta higher (making the cycle a bit shorter) and run the 11-OXO past the Osta?

My other staples will be:

Nimbus Cadence
CL Orange Oximega
OL Vital1ty
OL Conqu3r Demigod
Gaspari Anavite powder
Lots of protein :D

20mg is fine for osta I didnt see any benefits from going higher. I would make the cycle longer at a lower dose for sure.
 
Oh, I also have two bottles of Combustion and Elimistane as well. I'll probably use the Elimistane after, during PCT.
 
Got mine in the mail today! I'll put up my log and start both the Osta and the 11-OXO tomorrow.

I am a bit confused though. The bottle and box both say that 4 pumps are 1/2 mL.

I thought we were saying earlier that 4 pumps was equal to 1mL?

Just want to set up a good dosing protocol to stack with the Ostarine :) Recommendations?

I know McCrew530 told me 600mg would be a good place to start.

thats interesting, because the Andro 300 says that a 1/2 pump = 1ml

Are they different size bottles with different pump mechanisms..?

Maybe someone can clarify...

11 OXO: 4 pumps = 1/2ml. Then 1 pump would be an 1/8ml

Andro 300: 1/2 pump = 1ml. Then 1 pump would be 1ml

Thats a huge difference in pump volume....
