Lots of nice apps in here. Just saw the post, how long I this promo running?

1. Logging experience/pre-workouts

I've Logged Kreacaps & Citruvol, and Swolen (albeit over 8 years ago), I have also used Swole V2, and NO Explode as pre-workouts (not logged)

2. Current goals for your training.

I am a 26 yr old male who started training when I was 14. When I was 15 I lost 75lbs (Was a chubby kid growing up), by the time I was 18-19 and in college I had put on about 40 lbs and was about 180-190 10-12% bf. During College (Kinesiology Major), I contracted mono which threw me off training for a few months. When I started training again I hurt my back and was in physical therapy for a year, a multi year pain killer addiction (2 1/2+ yrs clean now) but never got back to working out up until a few months ago. While I was injured, and when I came off pain killers, I put on a good amount of weight. I have already lost almost 25lbs, but have a ways to go. My diet is a low carb diet. My training is weight lifting 5x a week, and cardio 5-6x a week (30-60 min sessions). My main problem when I'm working out, due to my diet and the fact I'm just a few months back into it that I get fatigued very quickly (compared to how I used to be), and I also lack energy (probably from the low carb diet). I would like to see how blades Pre-workout could address both of these issues. I would also like to see if this product could help me maintain or even gain strength, and muscle while I am cutting. My overall goal is to cut, but not cut as drastically as I did when I was younger ( I lost the 75lbs in 6-7 months), I believe I could cut now and gain strength at the same time due to my muscle memory, and the fact that I am eating properly again (not eating like 1200 cals like I did last time) I can continue to lose fat at a steady pace. This pre-workout looks like it has a solid ingredient profile that would help me with the needs I am addressing. I can update my log daily, that is no problem.

Do I plan on competing: Technically no, but I compete everyday to stay on path to achieve my goals and when it comes to this "competition" I am the harshest judge there is.

Let's keep this going.......this is a phenomenal product.

I would put in an app but well..umm.......

Me too, but I'll be outta the gym for two weeks here soon.

Dont mean to hijack thread, but has anyone ever had skin rash or redness from beta alanine?

I get face tingles but no rash or flush. That sounds like niacin

I've heard tht about niacin also, but I've been taking it for a couple weeks with no issues now. And I have sensitive skin (at least with soaps/detergents).

My original goal was to compete the beginning of this year, but having a 6 month old son changed that. I am now on schedule to compete in the beginning of summer time. My man! Who doesn't love oreos

I think I saw peanut butter filled Oreos the other day. I could be wrong.

Or, it was sent to me in a dream to influence the creatine cookie makers of Formutech.

^ It's possible.

Came in to check on thread: Volatile promo - Can't Enter - what is creatine - creatine cookies - Oreo cookies - PB filling - what is next? Lol Bump for more apps!!!!
