LOG: Triumphalis 6 week (first) Cycle

Hey guys so this is my first cycle and i will be doing it with Triumphalis, i will try and do my best to log daily and give every little detail.
Again i will be doing this with high intensity workouts. i will post before and after pics when the cycle is over with.


week 1 /week 6
Triumphalis 3 caps a day
Aegis 6 caps a day through out the whole
Talos 4 caps a day
by the end of the 6th week
1 month
week 1 -4
PCT by competative labs 4 caps a day
Cycle assist by competative labs 4 caps a day

4/28/2014 was my first day taking it and this is how i broke it down.
8:00AM- Triumphalis (1 Pill)/Aegis (2 pills) / Talos (2pills) / Fish oils
2:00PM- Triumphalis (1 Pill)/Aegis (2 pills) / Talos (2pills)/
8:00PM- Triumphalis (1Pills)/Aegis(2Pills) Fish oils

Meal layout:
8:00AM- Meal (breakfast/Protein shake)
10:00AM- 2nd Meal
12:00PM-1st snack/Protein shake)
2:00PM-3rd Meal
4:30PM- 2nd snack (Fruits/veggies)
6:30PM- Snack (protein shake)
8:30PM- 4th meal
9:30PM snack (Fruits/veggies

This was my workout for yesterday.
Row 1000 meter row.
50 Toes to bar (abs)
30 over head squats (135lbs)
40 box jumps (42")
took me 12:45 minutes to finish the workout, after that For strentgh i worked my way up to a heavy squat/clean and got 315lbs , As far as feeling anyting different i felt the same its the first day so i know.
 
Day 2.
-Woke up feeling very thirsty, not sure why tho if i drink plenty of water through out the day.
- Felt a bit sluggish this morning, prolly due to all the food that im consuming body still trying to adapt to all these calories.
- no sure what it was but around 3:00PM i felt a sudden spike in energy, felt awsome not sure if i was just excited to get my workout started.
- Got to the Gym still felt awsome tons of energy.
For strength I did deadlift
-30 reps at 25% of max
-20 reps at 50%
-15 reps at 75%
-10 reps at 80%
- 5 reps at 90% finished at 415lbs
For the actual workout-
20 minutes of as many rounds as possible
-16 Weighted lunges at 135lbs (using barbell/front squat position)
- 22 Lateral Pulls ( wooden rings)
- 30 sit ups
ended up doing 5 rounds plus 38 reps.
 
Day 3

- Felt a bit sluggish and tired this morning, well the whole day went by the same doesnt help that the weather is ****ty too. anyways today was a rest day for me so no workout just ate a bit less carbs and one less protein shake.
 
Hey guys quick I question, I've been on my almost a week but lately I've being feeling tired throughout the day is this normal? Any suggestion?
