ASGT:
Today had taken 1.5 servings of ASGT and 1 serving of PUMP but the gym was close and I noticed that for the rest of the day I felt great and full of energy. It was AWESOME. I think I'm going to take like 1/2 serving in the morning when the finals come around.
 
Ummm...after the cut I was 178.4 or .6(I think .4) and when I started taking Natadrol I was at 191.4. SO since six days ago 7lbs :shocked: but its been the past two days that my weight has just jumped up ridiculously fast but I think thats because I've been staying up and eating it should go couple of lbs down in a days or two.

Yeah man you were right. Your review was the main reason I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did it. This thing is like prime x10 and half the price. I might go up to 10 caps a day. Did you notice anything when you upped the caps?

Well, the main reason I upped the caps to 8 is because of my size...plus some of the feedback I'd reviewed indicated the "sweet spot," so to speak, was at a dose of 8 caps per day. I didn't try 10. I'm interested in seeing how that works for you.

AWESOME!!!! I did 90lbs 5x on incline DB press(back to my old strength). Last week I could only do 1 rep of 90lbs but that was on my 3rd set, however I could of only done 5 reps of 85lbs fresh. All the weights felt light and I was going heavy. They are picture coming up as soon as I sync my phone :D I use to do cable cross over on 7(very light, I think its 50 some lbs but next time I'll write down how much it is and inform you guys) for 15-20 reps and now I do it on 9 which is 90 some lbs for 15 reps :veryhappy: I also did bicep and tricep which felt real good. My recovery time is insane!!!! I was doing jump sets and I was lifting 185lbs on flat BP but it felt heavy enough that I was get a good workout from it. At one point I accidentally brought the weight down too fast and it landed on my lower ribs but I still lift it like it was nothing. When sh!t like that happens I can lift the weight back up and look like a fool but I don't what going on. All this could be because I didn't do back yesterday but still this is amazing results for just ONE WEEK of Natadrol :shocked: I mean its a solid 5+lbs gain on my incline DB press and 20+lbs on my cable cross over :Eyecrazy: What would happen if I stacked this with pSarm and ran 8-10caps of Natadrol? DUN DUN DUN!!!!!

I like it. I switch between bulk PP GPLC and PreMax, Saving the premax for my big days. It really is fantastic man. I, like everyone else, enjoy a big stim preworkout from time to time, but premax is strictly performance without the stim, that is the best way to describe it. Honestly, I compliment the company on it and I am a rep for them.

Workout:
I worked out my quads, outside calves, and back(like I've said gym was closed on Monday) today and DAMN out of NOWHERE my legs press went the hell down. I failed to do 625 :wtf: but that doesn't matter. At the end of my workout I did 305lbs on leg extension for 15,22,20 reps :D I think thats good but I truly don't know. I also did T-bar row for the first time and I could get 4 plates for 4-6 solid reps but after that I droped it to 3 plates and a 25 and did 15 reps. On my 4th or 5th set I did 3 plates(easy) for 15 reps. Also my hams felts worked today cause I do such a heavy weight on lat pull down that it'll pull some muscles or putts a lot of weight on my quads, from the pads holding me down.
 
Damn man i thought Naradrol was treating me well lol. Glad to see your getting great results. Im nearing the start of week six and am starting to get depressed lol. But up 5lbs and my arms have gained 1/2" which is killer. Ill measure everything else at the end of the 6th week to see what else grew/got smaller. Did you take starting measurements?

Thanks man for such kind words! Before my cut I was at 15 3/4"(at afternoon) After my cut I was at 15-1/8"(in afternoon but in mornings at 15" solid). Couple of days of bulk with RCD and SS I was at 15.25"(first thing in the morning) solid. When Natadrol got here I was at 15 3/8"(noon) and 15.5"(noon) but it went down to 15.25"(first thing in the morning) in couple of days. Right now I'm sitting at 15.5-3/4"(first thing in the morning) solid! The reason I point out when I have measured my arms is because I'm always smaller in the morning but in noon or afternoon I (or anybody else) get some blood going through my arms so there a little bigger. But I've only been that big(bumped) only once before this and that was on my cut. But only ONCE!

EDIT: Also GlycerGrow is helps out, A LOT!!!! :yup:

I would like to began by saying I raped my physics quiz and computer test today :woohoo: but I'm pissed as hell cause I've spent hours talking to my family out not buying junk food, drinking soft drink, and sh!t like that cause they wanted to get in a better shape and my dad has bad cholesterol. They all were like ok we won't and yeah were going to start exercising. But now everybody is ordering fukking junk food, soft drinks, and sh!t! I saw the soft drink yesterday and hid it(which I'll be either returning it, throwing it away, or just give it to a friend. Whichever opportunity comes first). Now one of them walks in with god damn Oreo cookies and bunch of other sh!t and my dad is like "these are for you mom"(as his putting the cookies on the plate) and I told my mom NOT to eat them(since she's taking supplements I'm not going to let the supplement money go to waste) and before you know it two minutes later my dad is eating the fukking cookies. Tomorrow I'll be throwing all the junk foods away and I know I'm going to get in a huge fight but who the fukk cares!!!

But Ill go shopping spend a sh*t ton on healthy food for our whole family and the next day shes in the store buying junk! Good luck with the struggle man! Theyve got to truely WANT to quit being unhealthy. Sure everyone says so but its not always the case. I have guys at work talk to me about eating healthy and excercising trying to get in shape. Then minutes later the day theyll stop at mcdonalds get a double quarter pounder with cheese large fries and soda and 2 applepies! Eat it all and on the way home stop again for more fast food!

Thanks man! I'm to the point that I'm tried of helping people cause they take my time and never follow through so it's just my time being wasted. As far as my parents I can't do anything about my dad without a fight braking out but my mom, well I could straight be like "stop eating that and eat this" and she'll lesson and I know that you know as well as I do that the wife wears the pants in the house. So if I get her to change then he is forced to follow :yup: The bad part is the my mom is depressed and he meds make her gain weight, which SUCKS! So I have to find her something to help her out. She an elementary school teacher so she doesn't get the time to eat so I have to find a shake or something that goes with her so she can sip through it until she gets home.

I've gotten stronger! Last week I did 4-6reps of 114lbs on concentrate curls, Hammer strength, but this week I did 4.5(almost 5) reps of 124lbs! That's ten fukking pounds in one week :shocked: and on the tricep machine I went from working out with 105lbs to 125lbs! Can I get a HOLY SH!T?!

Very true! There are also a lot of people that talk sh!t about supplements or spend a bunch of money on them but keep a sh!t diet and if somebody is bigger than they are their on roids! A lot of supplement lovers could make bigger gains if they just spend some of their money on foods.

Ive been killing some whole wheat pasta lately! I have 2 days left on my 6wk natadrol run. And the whole time ive been eating a ton for me and am never satisfied always hungry! Hows the appetite treating you? And has the accelerated recovery kicked in yet? Im going to say the recovery aspect may be the best thing about natadrol to me and then the strength gains were pretty good for a natty product!

White Blood would of been my next option. Great vasculirtiy and it's uber cheap, just like GG. i've never tried more than 3 caps of WB but I think one day I try 4 and then 6. Purple in Train is also amazing. Cause it has everything in it even banaba for the waxy maize to absorb better.

Workout:
It sucked a HUGE elephant C0CK! My left shoulder and elbow hurt so I could go that heavy and I couldn't continue my incline dumbbell press. But I still have amazing pumps and my chest is PUMPED!

Intra-workout:
I put my drink to the side a little and didn't carry it every place I went taking a sip before and after each set. So each set was getting hard and harder but as soon as I would go back and take a sip I was like the energizer bunny I could just jump back under the weights and go at it. It really does make a big difference and I didn't noticed how big of a difference it made until today when I put it a side a little.

Slin-Sane and Recompadrol

Today I paid a little more attention on a before and after effect of taking an insulin mimicker and I saw that after I took them my veins popped out more, AKA more vascular, so I'm going to say that I would recommend these products to everybody!!!!
 
They are 5 people on my gym that'll only buy what I tell them, and I would like to add that there WAY bigger than me and been working forever. But more and more people want me to make there stack :woohoo:

Thats alot of money sitting right there for an intra workout drink! How long should that last you??

The intra-workout lasts me about 5-6 months. Maybe even more! That 1 kilo of beta-aline is mine the rest is for the other guys. I got them Blue up cause they don't take any pre-workout supplements and the steams could help them out plus there 46 or so years old. The pre-workout is just BCAA, GG, and Beta-A and all of them are super cheap, OH and waxy maize.
 
Not bad then just the initial purchase is the burden as everything is $30 roughly. I think i may try this Invalid Link Removed and just add in some BA. Would be roughly $40 with the BA for 20 servings so 1 month of workouts.

I've heard of them before but I just couldn't find them, thanks for finding it. I think they came out with Intra-workouts. In the future I'm thinking of running Purple in train cause I've tried the sample before and was really good to me.

When are you going to purchase it?
 
I was thinking of buying it tonight or tomorrow it has a great ingredient profile. But since nutraplanet doesnt carry any of their products im trying to find a place that has everything i need for my order to save on shipping.

Dude looking at them two 2 scoops of PIT has the same exact, and more on couple of stuff, amount of stuff as IntrAbolic. PIT is $3 more but it has 10 more servings(if you do 2 scoops) and nutraplanet has it. PM me what you want to get and I'll try to look for the site as soon as I get some free time.

Yea its almost a stalemate except the intrabolic has 3g more bc+eaa. Well im holding off on the intra workout for a little bit maybe only few more days and going to do some more researching. I may just go bulk like you that way i can throw in some glycergrow, i need some sick pumps man! But i went ahead and got the presurge unleashed for my PWO it has some gplc in it so maybe it will provide a much better pump than ASGT did. I couldnt pass up the Presurge since its was onsale $4 off on the site that shall not be mentioned here lol. Im not bashing ASGT i LOVED IT and still will use it again just trying out other options.

I've heard a lot of good thing about gplc and I'm thinking of trying PP PWO supplement next I just got to find the cash :lol: I'm going to try to lose 1-2% BF per month so I don't ever have to go on a strict cut anymore and continue the bulk as long as I can. Recompadrol and Slin Sane are definitely helping keeping the fat away and getting good vasculirity.

It kinda came from the being unemployed and couldn't afford a gym stage of my life that caused me to just read on nutrition, supplementation and lifting, to know I was doing it right when I got to a gym.

That's what I did before I started working out. I use to just come home from work and go to bb.com and just read there article. But I read about the basic stuff like WPI, WPC, creatine, glutimine, BCAA, and...but I truly need to study thyroids, like MAxximal did, and PH's so I could understand WTF is going on around this form. Cause things very easily turns to PH's and PCT and after that I'm totally lost. I don't know how people workout for YEARS without reading anything. Even doctors have to read all the time to keep up with sh!t, doctors!

Haha Lue, I actually watched that link as well and laughed.

Guidos are funny as hell and I'm pretty sure that 90% of PH purchases comes from them :laugh: a lot of them are unproportion though!
