[log] Eat Clen, Tren Hard

Training today was solid. I just did pull ups. Sets of 10-15(PR). It was just one of those days I couldn't get enough pull ups. Different grips, weighted 45-35-25lbs. Probably 15 sets or so. And lots of stretching.

Lots of stretching. I was so tight, I had to get in the leg press and put a couple hundred pounds on just to stretch. At first, my legs could only go about half deep. Wow, craaazzzzy tight. Then I was hanging off the GHD which is my favorite stretch ever. Then, the maintenance guys took it away on dollys. I was like WTF! They said the GM said no go because some FKING IDIOT fell off it, broke their dollar bone and wants to sue. I feel like I lost an old friend...I love the ghd!! Now I'm going to have to improvise some crazy torture like stretches.
That's fking gay. I'm saying Fking alot.
 
So I haven't seen much around here as far as cardio goes... I was curious if you were doing any and if so if the tren seemed to be making it tougher as its rep suggests.

Tren is a bronchial constrictor so if he was doing any it would definitely be affected.

Cardio? I tried it once. Hated it.
You mean like treadmill/elliptical/stair climber? Heck no!
But squatting 425 gets me sucking wind harder than anything. That's my cardio :)
Plus, this tren makes it feel like I'm breathing through a straw.

I used to do cardio...jump rope, burpees, treadmill sprints, stair sprints. Hardly lost anything but sweat. I don't believe in cardio except for sprints.

Ha I hear you. I hate it more then life but do enjoy a good obstacle run yearly to reassert my dominance over my buddies. Was just curious as my tren/prop run would basically end right as I was planning to race and wasn't sure if I'd be able to add to my 3 year progressive beating streak.

Tho I guess it wouldn't matter if I just show up so jacked that they all quit ha. Might go that route

Day 46
Just hit 125 test + 100mast + 60 tren. Oh, gotta hit 12.5 exemestane. Feeling real good with the higher test. I guess i just do better with test > tren. Funny how everyone is different on that.
Good hay-suse, this tight low back n hams is a hum dinger. I wanted to squat today but not possible. I was reading about how some dudes get the tightness. I'd love to deadlift again too but I seriously can barely tie my dam shoes. I used to be able to put my palms on the floor all day. But not anymore! I'm sure i will get it back after this cycle.
I'm done hitting T3. That's enough, now I'm taking some blend called t3-pct.
Off to lift chest and tris and abs
 
I've been getting that tight lower back too. Feels kind of like a back pump, but different. Mine seems to pass after a day or so tho.

Now that I've figured out how to dose these best for me, it is so awesome. Great energy, a bit angry, and stronger than ever. For me, it's definitely higher test vs tren.
Today 125 test + 60 tren + 100 mast. No injects tomorrow.
No training today, rest day. No lifting tomorrow but I am playing 18 holes of golf, for whatever that's worth....(lame)
But 2 days without lifting is good once in awhile.

Yeah, you have to let that body rest and grow. Especially with your cycle and intensity. You are going to feel outstanding on Sunday.

OK well.....if I wasn't on TRT, I'd start pct today. I've decided that 47 days on tren+test+mast, plus the 21 days before when I was on test+mast is enough.
I've gotten way bigger and all the comments from friends over the weekend mean it's obvious. But the main reason for stopping now is my low back pain. I know it's from the tren. I can barely put on my shoes and I'm in a decent amount of pain. The muscles are just so tight and stretching only helps for a few minutes.

So it's time to listen to my body. No shame in ending a few days earlier. But wow the changes in my body are legit. My wife says my arms are like bodybuilder arms. My muscles bulge through my shirt, my pants are tight in the waist, I can do pull ups for days. But I think it's best to get back to homeostasis with my blood pressure and low back muscles and sexual stuff and sleep patterns and end the grumpy mood.
I will update a few more times while I "detox." Plus, I'm really excited to see how I look after the bloat is gone. I will put some final pics up in a few days.

I'm so jealous if you not having to pct lol! It sounds like you've made the right choice re finishing up as ultimately health and your life should always come first! You've had an incredible run and ill be getting the lotion out for you final nudes... Wait what??

OK so 4 full days since my last tren shot. I can bend down without supporting myself! I don't have to walk my hands up from my knees to my quads to stand up. I'd say its 75% better, still a bit tight.

Decent lifts yesterday but perhaps today I will post final photos. I can kind of take deep breaths again.

OK...nudz coming later. I can feel the tren wearing off because I can take deep breaths (kind of) again. This is helping me breathe into my low back and and and it feels really good. The best is yet to come but I'll get topless anyway

On another note I watched spring breakers the other day and man that movie sucked besides seeing all the tits and what not. Big waste of my 1 hour.

So now that it's been a week without tren, I'm thinking should I finish it off? I have about a week's worth... about 2 weeks of masteron and buckets of test.

My low back is about 75%. But it was hell trying to cut my darn toenails. I just couldn't move that far.

The past 3 days I've been doing stairs for cardio with 45-70lb barbell on my back for intervals. It felt really good to take those deep breaths I haven't taken for the last couple months. Today I did some prowler sprints and pulls with a 50ft rope tied to it.

I am beginning to feel like myself again. Not so irritable (well, kind of) But I have this tren left.....

Well...... somebody just hit 100 tren + 100 mast + 100 test.

I'm going to hit 100 tren and everything else eod until it runs out, like maybe once or twice more. Not sure any effects it will have in just a few Eod's but I can't just throw it away.

I will be doing about 20-30 minutes of cardio because I need these deep breaths i haven't had in such a long time. Lifting also and lots of stretching. My low back is still tight so I can't squat or do deads. But I will be doing other leg stuff. I miss those lifts but it's amazing how I can struggle putting on socks and shoes. It takes everything I have and I really don't like it... I am going to book a massage as well for one of these days and see if that helps.

Clen helps me breathe better. I hit that yesterday and did cardio for 45. Sprints on the treadmill with it turned off so I had to push it. I haven't done those in probably 8 months. Felt really good!

Hahah yeah I remember those cramps, definitely not fun lol. Taurine, potassium and magnesium. I took a few months off pwo drinks. When I got back on them it felt like I was high lol.
 
I can't imagine taking that much time off from PWO's. With these kids and my job, I need that kick in the a$$ to give it all I have in the gym.
 
I've rekindled an old method I stead of pwo drinks... its an herbal formula that you light with fire.
OMG...talk about focus. I did 31 on the stairs with a 20kg kettle bell. Then lifted shoulders and stretched the piss out of my legs and back. I can bend freely now! Wow, the amount of sweat raining off me was absurd. 50mcg of clen and 3/4 gallon of water I drank.
I know for lots of people that herb is a downer but for me it's stim and focus city. Outstanding
