Todays update is basically the same as yesterday, only I got more sleep than the night before. I feel pretty decently rested, although my abs are sore from last night.

I took about a full week or more off of BP but just started again the past two nights and wow, ive been having some very intense dreams! like crazy crazy dreams! its almost like taking a drug lol.
 
Well, unfortunately my time with BP has come to an end. I have approximately 1 serving left, and I will be using that tomarrow. I have nothing new to report, but I will be giving a complete, comprehensive review after taking my last dose, which will be tomarrow. Thank you to all who followed along, and for those who viewed the thread. I hope that my review will help someone decide whether to try this product or not.

Final Product Review

Alright time for my final review. All in all, it was a good product, and a good experience. I'm going to try to cover every aspect that I can think of. Please feel free to ask anything that I missed.

Mixability: 9/10 The product mixed quite well, with only a small amount of powder left in the bottom.

Taste: 8/10 The taste was great, it really masked the taste of the ingredients. I mixed the orange raspberry flavor with about 8-10 oz of water. I suggest that the product be consumed immediately upon mixing.

Rest/Relaxation: 7/10 This product delivers on its promises. You will sleep better, while being more awake and refreshed throughout the day. However, a tolerance to the effects builds rapidly. I used the 5 on two off method, and towards the end 2 off was not sufficient. When I use the product in the future, I will take more days off, and more frequently. Perhaps a 3 on, 2 off. Also, it is imperative that this product be taken on a completely empty stomach. Even 2 hours after a heavy carb meal was not sufficient. I had the best results when I waited until I was actually hungry to consume the product. I would then wait about 1/2 hour, and then consume my last low carb meal of the day.

Recovery effects: 8/10 I noticed a distinct enhancement of recovery after the second week of consistent use. This was perhaps the best effect of Bullet Proof. This effect seemed to improve steadily throughout the cycle.

Hangover Effects: 9/10 I noticed virtually no hangover effects with this product, which was surprising to me considering the ingredient profile. Phenibut usually makes me feel drowsy the morning after use, but I noticed virtually nothing with BP. Maybe once or twice I had a headache in the morning, but as long as I got sufficient rest I noticed no adverse effects.

Overall: 8/10 I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve the sleep and recovery aspects of their program. This product did not give me any mass or strength gains, or decreases in body fat, but it doesn't make any claims in any of these areas either. All in all, I was impressed with this product, and will use it again in the future.
