I wanted to know what is the best transdermal to use for local delivery?

Yes I am a new guy to transdermals. Just had an idea. Can you guys can help me out here?
 
There has been an on going debate which was supposed to take place between BDC and Par. One of the topics was localized delivery. I think he is talking about site specific dermals. I personaly dont think its possible but im no chemist.
 
I still don't believe that site enhancement is possible, maybe it's just me, but if it could be done, I'm sure that the real steroidal compounds would be doing something similar already.

what would be the advantages of using a site-specific carrier w/ a PH/PS?

i can understand the reason for a fat-loss agent, but what about a hormone? the only thing i can think of is for prioritizing?
 
Site specific delivery wold theoretically yeild site specific results.

i.e. rub it on you bi's, you get bigger bi's.

Here's hoping it's true......

why would the pharma companies look into this, I don't think you having bigger biceps minus systemic shutdown is near the top of their priorities

Most prominent is the fact that when not delivered systemicly, the hormone will not elicit a negative response on endogenous testosterone production, aka no shutdown of natural test.  Likewise, if effective, one will not suffer other common side effects of systemic circulation of peripheral anabolic/androgenic compounds(ex acne, hair loss, etc.)  In theory you could stay on a product like this indefinitely as it does not undergo the negative aspects commonly experienced with systemic delivery of anabolic/androgenic hormones.

All of this AND it is also purported to enduce "site-specific" enhancing effects.  It sounds nice, and looks good on paper, but I really don't think that it will work in the "real world."  But, I'm never against other people using their money to test such products as this, but I will personally not be PARtaking...
 
Think of the possibilties. You have a lower back injury, you put this on your lower back and you muscles regain strength right there. I will never believe that it would be only site specific but I believe that making it more local would lead to great profitability.

Some things are more site specific than systematic now. I saw an artical on arthritis where the topical effected the collagenous material of the hand.

This is the way foward. You guys have much more knowledge concerning this than I. I'd be looking into this myself if I had your guys knowledge.

The possibilities are endless.
 
Im thinking of giving it a shot next cycle. I mean whats the worst thats going to happen? Its going to get taken up systemically....Not a real bad downside huh?

Well, not exactly, the transdermal carrier would have to be designed in a manner that it would penetrate deep into the muscular tissue.  In doing so the carrier would not be effective at delivering the androgen systemicly at all. 

If it was as simple as lumping some chemicals together and if it doesn't work X way then it will work Y way then any idiot could do it, but it's PAR more finicky than that!
