LL Cool J Meal Plan

Does anybody have the book LL Cool J Platnum Workout. I bought it a while back and was using it for the meal plan in it. Its very healthy and well balanced for overall great nutrition. Anyways, I leanded the book out to a couple friends and now I cant get in touch wtih them to give me my damn book back. All I want out of it is the Meal plan. Does anybody have it that they can PM me it or post it. I'll give you MASS rep points. I want to go grocery shopping and I need that meal plan. Stupid I know.

Met him a few years back, he worked out at the same gym as i did, in Queens N.Y., used to come with his bodyguard, he was definitely on something more than Winny, Test for sure, never really lifted heavy, more towards sculpting.
