I recently decided to add Livercare/Liv.52 into my cycle support regimen after hearing about it a couple times. I added it because I'm already using Cycle Support but Liv 52 doesn't contain Milk Thistle. Actually, I've never seen most of these names on the label before.
Can someone who knows more about Liv.52 explain the benefits? I heard a lot of good things so I thought it would combine well with AI's Cycle Support.
