Hey fellas,
My brother who's a collegiate athlete has had his fair share of injuries, (ridiculous amount actually), has been on many anti-inflammatory pills and many things that may have been harmful on his liver. He's also in college and when not on these anti-inflammatory he can drink pretty heavy (usually just during the summer.) He's wondering if there is any foods that will maybe help him out or is there any liver support supplements that may help him out. Thanks for any info guys. He obviously sticks away from the alcohol when on the pills.
Sidenote: I dont know how to put this in a proper way but he's defecated with blood in his feces before. (that's when he was on indomethacin and 800 mg of ibuprofen so it was a guess that the blood was a side effect from strain on the liver) Could this be a possibility? Thanks for all the help
