Liver Longer

I am preparing for a cycle of Phera Plex and am currently taking 2 x liver longer per day. Should I continue to take it during the cycle or should I only take it pre and PCT?

you can take it pre, during, and post but def. during cycle is what is recommended. i personally like SAMe for pre/PCT and for an everyday liver aid, use LL during cycle. this will help save some money and still get the job done respectively. i know a lot of guys who follow a very similar style. i also use AI's Cycle Support stacked with it to cover almost all areas, specially liver when dealing with methylated orals.
