Liver enzymes elevated

2nd time in last 4 months that bloodwork said my liver enzymes were elevated. Not a drinker, and have been on several natural supplements. Any specific herb, supplements specific that could raise these?

If you draw blood the day after an intense workout it can mess with your liver enzymes

As others have said, strenuous workouts can show an elevation.

Liver Assist XT would be a good product to use.

Yep I found that out the hard way. They sent me to do a full ultrasound on my liver but turns out they were just elevated from my workout the day before. Now I typically don't workout or take any supplements at least two days before getting my bloodwork done.
